THE EXPERIENCE

After departing from the hotel, we travel northeast through a glacial valley to cross the Garibaldi Pass — the only road that cuts through the Fuegian Andes. From the top of the mountain range, you’ll enjoy stunning views of Lake Escondido, a hidden gem nestled at the bottom of the valley.

Near the northern tip of Lake Escondido, we leave the paved road behind and begin an off-road journey along the old logging trails. These rugged paths, inaccessible to regular vehicles, lead us to Lake Fagnano — the fifth largest lake in Argentina.

Once by the forest near the lake’s shoreline, there will be free time to walk around and explore while the guide prepares a homemade lunch. The meal is enjoyed in a private refuge, set in the heart of nature, far from the noise of modern life.
