Explore Ushuaia’s snow like never before: a full day of adventure, fun, and spectacular landscapes, visiting multiple winter centers across the Fuegian valleys and the Andes Mountains. In small groups and with the close support of professional guides, you’ll experience the best of winter in a single day: snowmobiling, snowshoeing at higher altitude, sledding (butt-sledding), scenic stops, hot drinks, and lunch at a mountain lodge/restaurant.

THE EXPERIENCE
We start our big snow adventure departing from Ushuaia along National Route No. 3 toward the Fuegian Valleys and the Andes Mountains, for a full day visiting several winter centers and different spots in the valley and the mountains. This is a multi-stop experience: we combine activities and scenic viewpoints across different locations instead of staying at a single winter center.
We begin with one of the most requested winter highlights: snowmobiling, riding through open snowy terrain and forested landscapes, always accompanied by our guides. Later, we stop at a natural slope in the valley for a fun moment—like being a kid again—with sledding (butt-sledding).
Throughout the day, we’ll pause to warm up with hot drinks. As we climb into the Andes, we visit a frozen waterfall in the mountains. Then, at higher altitude, we enjoy one of the most special moments of the tour: snowshoeing on an elevated area of the Andes, where the landscape opens up and deeper snow often accumulates thanks to the altitude. Your guide will accompany the group, set the pace, and make sure everyone feels comfortable.
Lunch is served at a mountain lodge or mountain restaurant, ideal to recharge. The itinerary also includes a stop at Haruwen, a gin bar with a motorcycle museum, adding an unexpected and memorable touch to the day.
