THE EXPERIENCE

We invite you to discover one of Ushuaia’s most iconic mountains in a different way, taking advantage of the last hours of the day to reach the upper section of Martial and enjoy some of the best panoramic views of the city, the Beagle Channel, and the surrounding Andes.

The experience begins with a transfer from your accommodation to the base of the winter center. From there, we take the chairlift up to the upper section of the mountain, allowing us to begin the excursion in a comfortable way and quickly immerse ourselves in the snowy high-altitude landscape.

Once at the top, we begin a snowshoe hike across the mountain while the afternoon light starts to fade and the scenery changes over the Fuegian landscape. The goal is to reach the viewpoint and enjoy the sunset from a privileged location, surrounded by nature and with open views over Ushuaia and its surroundings.

We then begin the descent with headlamps and crampons, crossing the mountain and the native forest in an atmosphere that combines the last colors of sunset with the arrival of night. This part of the route makes the experience especially attractive, as it allows you to experience the winter mountain from a completely different perspective.

During the outing, we enjoy a hot drink to warm up in the snowy surroundings. At the end, a well-deserved stop awaits us at Beer Point, where we can relax with a beer or a drink of your choice to close the day.
